To ensure a seamless experience and secure the finest hotels, cruises, and private arrangements, we follow a structured payment schedule:

Payment Terms

• A 20% booking deposit is required to confirm the tour and secure all arrangements.

• 30% of the tour cost is due 90 days before departure.

• 50% of the tour cost is due 60 days before departure.

For bookings made within 60 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
The booking deposit (20%) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation charges on the remaining paid amount will apply as follows:

• More than 90 days before departure – 30% of total tour cost

• 89–60 days before departure – 50% of total tour cost

• 59–30 days before departure – 75% of total tour cost

• Less than 30 days before departure or in case of no-show – 100% of total tour cost

Services such as cruises, flights, and special reservations are subject to supplier policies and may carry additional restrictions.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical needs, cancellations, and unforeseen circumstances.

While we work with trusted partners and plan every detail carefully, unforeseen factors such as weather or operational changes may require adjustments. In such cases, suitable alternatives will always be arranged.
