Our role is to design your journey and coordinate arrangements through our network of travel partners, ensuring a smooth and well-managed travel experience.

Booking & Payment Structure

To begin the planning and coordination process, the following structure applies:

1. Planning & Coordination Fee

• A non-refundable planning fee (typically 15%–25% of estimated trip value or fixed fee) is required to begin itinerary design and coordination.
• This covers consultation, itinerary design, and access to our partner network.

2. Travel Service Payments

To ensure transparency and flexibility:

• Payments for hotels, transport, cruises, and activities are made directly to the respective service providers or trusted partners, OR
• In certain cases, payments may be facilitated through our authorized partners, clearly indicated at the time of booking.

3. Final Confirmation

• Once all services are confirmed, you will receive full travel details and booking confirmations from the respective providers or partners.

• We do not directly operate all travel services but ensure smooth coordination and support throughout your journey.
